2023.10.22 台灣肩肘關節醫學會大體操作實作營
各位肩膝關節同好，醫學會與長庚醫院將於2023年10月22日(星期日)，於林口長庚醫院研究大樓八樓手術技能訓練暨研發中心舉辦「Meet the Experts，Operate with the Experts，Advanced Shoulder and Knee Cadaver Course」，邀請前任瑞士肩肘醫學會理事長，Dr. Alexander Lädermann，與前法國關節鏡醫學會理事長，Dr. Johannes Barth，示範手術。
Dr. Alexander Lädermann在2017年，與Dr. Philippe Collin一同發明Dynamic Anterior Stabilization with Biceps Long Head，之後解決許多肩關節重建後再次脫臼的問題，生物力學優於傳統Bankart repair，兩年追蹤有極好的臨床效果。世界與台灣醫學會也多次探討相關話題。Dr. Lädermann也多次在國際直播手術展示其手術技巧，本次有機會邀請發明人現場示範手術，精彩可期。
膝關節部分，近十年來關於前十字韌帶重建相關發展最迅速的領域，為外側肌腱加強固定（lateral extra-articular tenodesis）或前外韌帶重建手術（anterolateral ligament reconstruction），其觀念與治療先驅，皆發展於瑞士法國地區，並流傳世界，已多次被證實有極好的臨床效果，可減少前十字韌帶與半月軟骨再次受傷比率。而前外韌帶重建手術有許多不同做法，本次大會邀請Dr. Barth示範其於2017年發明之術式，直觀好操作，可重複性高，適合各級醫師。
另外，大會中也邀請長庚團隊示範目前肩膝關節幾項最新的術式，包括Superior capsule reconstruction，Inlay/Onlay lower trapezius tendon transfer, Meniscus transplantation with hamstring/peroneal longus tendon, PCL reconstruction, PLC and multiple ligament reconstruction。本次大會為Advanced course，進階課程，上午進行肩關節相關手術，下午進行膝關節相關手術，建議大家具備相關手術經驗，把握時間與國內外專家討論，操作手術。
